1. WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED?

Our factory is located in Chongwu Town, Huian County, Quanzhou City, Fujian, China . Near Xiamen city of China. You can visit us from your country to Xiamen International Airport . It takes about 1.5 hours by car from airport to our factory.

2. CAN YOU PROVIDE YOUR E-CATALOGUE?

Sure. We have e-catalogue including most of pictures of our products. If you are interested in our products, we are able to send you our catalogue for your selection.

3. WAHT'S THE MATERIAL YOUR USED AND HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All in natural stone, marble, granite. We combined finest hand carving together with advanced machine work. Our sculptures, carvings are 100% Hand Carved from Natural Solid Stone. 

4. WHAT'S THE AVAILABLE COLORS?

Stone products have a lot of colors for selection, they are all natural colors. Details please eamil to us.

5.HOW ABOUT THE DIMENSIONS?

Dimensions can be customized. We can make the products as per the dimensions you prefer.

6. DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SERVICE?

7.CAN I SEE HOW THE PRODUCTS TO BE PRODUCE?

No problem. We will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. In the meantime, we warmly welcome your visiting to our factory. After you check the quality,and then we ship it.

8.WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGE?

The carved stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates with fumigation. Each stone is well protected.

9. HOW MANY CAN BE LOADED IN ONE CONTAINER?

Generally one container can load approximately 16-25MT depends on the items. The weight is estimated when you are quoted.

10.WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Normally one container order needs about 21 days. please email us to get our answer.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TERMS? 

a). T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)---30% deposit before production, 70% paid after receive the copy of bill of lading by fax or e-mail.
b). Irrevocable L/C at sight (letter of credit)

12. DO YOU PROVIDE DRAWINGS

Yes,we do.We will provide the drawings to you once the order is confirmed

13.WHAT IS YOUR PRICE TERMS?

Usually, we quote based on FOB Xiamen, China, but we also accept CFR or CIF terms.

14.WHAT IS YOUR WARRANT POLICY?

We guarantee that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 7 days of delivery. We are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing.In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.
The good may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility.
